2.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A contract between you and CliffGrove exists once we have received your deposit or full payment (as applicable) and we have issued a confirmation invoice.

2.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our Site are in the currency indicated and are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed.

We accept payment by major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified during the booking process. You agree to provide us with valid and updated credit card information or other payment method information and authorize us to charge your credit card or process other payment methods for all specified fees.

2.3 Price Changes

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of pricing, in the event of a pricing error or omission, we reserve the right to correct the pricing or refuse any booking made based on the incorrect pricing.

After a booking has been confirmed, we reserve the right to increase the price in certain limited circumstances:

If the price increase exceeds 10% of the total trip cost, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

3. Travel Documentation and Requirements

3.1 Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents, including:

3.2 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal belongings. CliffGrove reserves the right to require proof of suitable travel insurance before the commencement of your trip.

4. Cancellations and Changes

4.1 Cancellations by You

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

4.2 Changes by You

If you wish to make changes to your booking after confirmation, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. A change fee may apply, and if the change involves additional costs (e.g., higher room rates, flight change fees), you will be responsible for these costs.

4.3 Cancellations or Changes by Us

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or make significant changes to your trip. If this occurs, we will offer you the following options:

5. During Your Trip

5.1 Trip Participation

Our trips may require a reasonable level of physical fitness and health. You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs that may affect your participation in the trip. We reserve the right to refuse bookings or remove individuals from a trip if, in our reasonable opinion, their participation may endanger themselves or others.

5.2 Behavior and Compliance

You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions from our trip leaders or representatives, local laws and regulations, and respect local customs and practices. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in a trip without refund if your behavior is disruptive, endangers others, or fails to comply with the reasonable instructions of our representatives.

5.3 Photography and Content

We may take photographs or videos during your trip for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating in our trips, you consent to the use of your image in such materials unless you expressly notify us otherwise in writing.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CliffGrove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
